Christopher Baldock

Christopher Baldock is currently the Head of Data & Modelling at Planet Tracker and Carbon Tracker, where they lead a team focused on delivering quality data products that assess financial exposure and environmental impacts. Christopher graduated with a first-class degree in Aviation Technology from the University of Leeds in 2008 and later completed a Master's in Environmental Technology at Imperial College London, specializing in environmental economics and policy. They have extensive experience from their prior roles at Trucost, where they managed projects and developed methodologies to value ecosystem services, and contributed to initiatives such as the S&P Rating's Green Evaluation Tool. Driven by the belief that financial institutions must integrate environmental factors into decision-making, Christopher is committed to making valuable data and analysis freely available to inspire action among investors.
