Vanessa Yee is an accomplished Visual Effects Producer currently at Carbon since May 2021, where responsibilities include fostering client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve creative goals. With prior experience as a Project Manager at YouTube, Vanessa produced marketing campaign assets and managed communications between teams while coordinating logistics for campaigns with budgets exceeding $3 million. Vanessa's career in visual effects began at The Mill, where roles included VFX Associate Producer and VFX Production Coordinator, overseeing high-end VFX projects and managing client expectations. Before entering the visual effects industry, Vanessa served in educational roles in Japan and coordinated programs for the Japanese American Citizens League. Vanessa holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from UCLA.
