Jon Pierre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in trading and leadership roles within the finance and agriculture sectors. Starting as a Trading Intern at Goldman Sachs in 2008, Jon progressed to significant positions at Citi as Vice President focusing on agriculture and biofuels, and later at Hartree Partners and Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. as a Senior Trader and Director, respectively. Since 2022, Jon has served as Chief Executive Officer at Mantle Labs and is the CEO of dClimate Labs, where the focus is on developing AI-powered climate intelligence infrastructure. Additionally, Jon contributes as an Advisory Group Member at Satellite Applications Catapult and as a Domain Expert in Carbon Markets at Carbon13, facilitating the growth of ventures aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Jon holds a Master of Science in Development Economics from the University of Oxford, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from UCL.
