Leo Rayman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the consulting and creative industries. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of EdenLab since September 2022, Leo is also an Advisory Board Member at Energise Landscape Ltd, contributing to the Energy Landscape UK event set for October 2025. As a Domain Expert at Carbon13, Leo engages in pivotal discussions about environmental innovation. Previously, Leo was the Chief Executive Officer of Grey Consulting, where a successful consulting division was established, and led Grey London through transformative challenges. Leo has held various leadership roles across multiple prestigious firms, including Adam & Eve London and DDB, focusing on strategy and planning, and has a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Oxford and additional studies at the University of Cambridge.
