Wayne Gibbins is a founding partner at Bliss Farms since April 2022, focusing on long-term partnerships with regenerative farmers within an emerging real-assets fund. As a venture partner at 7percent Ventures, starting March 2025, Gibbins engages in early-stage technology investments across the UK, Europe, and the US. Gibbins also serves as a fellow at ZINC, advising pre-seed startups addressing human and planetary health issues, and is a member of several organizations including Top Tier Impact and Global Regeneration CoLab, promoting impact investing and bioregional regeneration. Additionally, Gibbins supports early-stage startups in carbon reduction as an investor at Carbon13. With a diverse educational background that includes a Master of Science in Agricultural Technology & Innovation and a B.Eng in Software Engineering, Gibbins has built a multifaceted career in both technology and sustainability sectors.
