Anna Shih

Anna Shih has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna is currently serving as the Director of Global Support and Service at Carbon since January 2023. Prior to this, in 2021, they were a Business Owner at Eb & Bean.

From 2018 to 2021, Anna worked at adidas, where they held the positions of Senior Manager Technology Innovation and Project Manager. As a Senior Manager, they were responsible for new product and material development for 4D midsole technology and apparel projects. Anna also had a stretch assignment to streamline product life cycle management across the North American ecommerce site.

Before adidas, they worked as a Project Manager at CamelBak in 2017, and at Smith Optics in 2016. Anna volunteered at the National Park Service in 2015.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Design Engineer at GE Aviation. Prior to that, Anna was a Systems Engineer and a member of the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Raytheon from 2010 to 2013. Their career began as a Machine Shop Lab Technician at Tufts University from 2005 to 2008.

Anna Shih has an impressive educational background. Anna pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Anna further expanded their knowledge and expertise by completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Harvard Business School from 2015 to 2017.
