Anna Dubowik, LL.M. is a Brussels-based climate law and decarbonisation policy professional with extensive experience in government relations and energy transition. They have served as Secretary General of the Negative Emissions Platform from 2020 to 2023, co-founding the first industry association focused on technological carbon removals in Europe. Anna has also held roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the Delegation of the European Union to China, and the Global CCS Institute, among others. Currently, Anna continues their education in Climate Change Law and Policy while actively contributing as a technical reviewer at Frontier Climate and an expert at the Department of International Affairs in Poland.
