CarbonLite Infrastructure Solutions Private Limited is a start-up incubated at IIT Tirupati, dedicated to developing high-performance infrastructure repair solutions that surpass conventional methods in durability, sustainability, and resilience. The company focuses on addressing the needs of heavy industries, where infrastructure is subjected to aggressive chemical exposure, heavy traffic, dynamic loading, and strict operational constraints requiring rapid and long-lasting repair interventions.
The company holds multiple intellectual properties focused on scalable and cost-effective nanomaterial production and the development of high-performance repair materials, including fibre-reinforced concrete and Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) systems. These innovations are aimed at delivering superior mechanical performance and enhanced durability under demanding service conditions.
Since its incubation in December 2025, CarbonLite has rapidly gained industry recognition. The company secured a project with SEIL Energy India Limited to construct a heavy-duty pavement replacing a failed bituminous road subjected to severe traffic conditions. Additionally, following technical presentations to the Andhra Pradesh Roads and Buildings Department, two pavement projects are set to be executed under a formal MoU. CarbonLite is also in advanced discussions for a heavy-duty pavement project at Pushpit Steel, Tirupati, and for multiple infrastructure repair solutions at BPCL Kochi Refinery.
Within just three months of incubation, CarbonLite has secured projects worth approximately ₹3.5 crore, reflecting strong early-stage industry acceptance. The company’s rapid growth highlights the increasing demand for advanced, durable, and cost-effective repair technologies in industrial infrastructure. By bridging cutting-edge academic research with real-world implementation, CarbonLite aims to enhance infrastructure performance, reduce maintenance costs, and long-term sustainability.
