Mackenzie Furbee

Mackenzie Scharenberg Furbee is a seasoned professional in the field of geology and geophysics, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Starting with experience as a Geoscience Intern at Battelle, Mackenzie progressed through various roles, including Research Associate at The Ohio State University, where substantial work involved hydrogeology and gas hydrate analysis. Mackenzie has served as a Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering Research Intern at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Senior Consultant at Advanced Resources International. Currently, Mackenzie holds the position of Senior Geologist at Carbonvert Inc., focusing on subsurface characterization for Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage research.
