David Harning is a climate scientist, geochemist, and carbon dioxide removal consultant who studies Earth's climate history to forecast changes in the Arctic amid a warming world. Currently serving as a Research Scientist (Affiliate) at NOAA and on the Scientific Advisory Board at ClimeFi, David focuses on the impacts of climate on glaciers, vegetation, and methane cycling.
