Libby Leone

With over 30 years of experience working with people with disabilities, Libby Leone brings a wealth of knowledge in this field. Marrying into military, Libby came to CARC with experience from Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas. Libby managed and coordinated three community homes in San Antonio, Texas working with state and federal licensing departments, clients, and family members and as a Home Manager and QMRP. CARC has been Libby's home since 1997.

At CARC, Libby was initially hired as Residential QMRP then went on as Vocational QMRP, Respite Coordinator, Residential Director, and the last 7 years as Assistant Executive Director. Libby holds a BA in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
