Aviv Hillo, Esq. is a seasoned General Counsel and senior executive with extensive public company experience. They served as General Counsel for LSL Biotechnologies, Inc. and co-founded Ariel Photonics Assembly Ltd., where they also held the role of General Counsel and Deputy CEO. In addition to founding K-Lawyers and Edison Capital Limited, Aviv has led M&A initiatives as Executive VP at Blink Charging since 2022.
