Joel Rayen

Joel Rayen is a product strategist with over 10 years of experience in product leadership. Currently, they serve as the Global Director of Product Management at Blink Charging, where they own the global product strategy for software and lead distributed teams to maximize value for customers. Previously, Joel was a Group Product Manager at BME, where they drove the design and delivery of an e-commerce platform for European markets. They also held roles such as Product Owner at ACC New Zealand, where they led the development of a new online portal, and Senior Product Manager at BESTSELLER, overseeing B2C e-commerce data strategy. Joel holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Auckland University of Technology.
