Parking is an engineering decision with consequences that last the life of a building.

For over a decade, CarCram has delivered thousands of parking spaces across Australia. Every level of excavation is a number that threatens the feasibility study.

The industry needed standards. We helped write them:
Co-authoring Guideline 32 for the Melbourne Fire Brigade, now adopted by AFAC for firefighter safety in AVPS.
Standards Australia committee member establishing AS5124 for mechanical parking systems.

Advising the NSW Building Commission on Parking System Awareness for their TAFE course.

As Australia's exclusive representative of Wöhr Autoparksysteme and IdealPark, we're present on most projects where space, budget, and compliance converge.

Not every client needs to compact. Some want to curate. Car storage and display is now a sales asset in its own right. We know this because a 20-storey Sky Garage development in Korea, where residents park on their own floor and view their cars from their living room, sold out in seven days. That is not a parking system. That is a sales proposition.

CarCram brings that experience to the Australian market.
