Paul Neustaedter has a long and varied work experience. Paul began their career in 1988 as President of Steinbach Dodge Chrysler. In 1989, they became President & CEO of Steinbach Dodge Chrysler Ltd. In 2006, they became Chief Executive Officer of Ike's and in 2007, President of All Cylinders. In 2011, they became President & CEO of Fiat of Steinbach and Steinbach Trailers & RV CEO. In 2020, they became Director - Leadership Coach of Marketplace Leaders Renewal. In 2022, they became President & Chief Operating Officer of Echo Payment Systems LLC and CARD.com.

Paul Neustaedter completed their Major in Business Management & Marketing at Red River College in 1987.
