Barbara Naef

Barbara Naef is the EVP and Head of Cost Management & Control at UniCredit, where they oversee Group Cost Management and Control within Group Finance. With prior experience as the Group CEO Head of Special Projects at UniCredit and the Global Head of Cost Management for IB at UBS, they successfully reduced costs through strategic initiatives. Barbara's extensive career in investment banking spans 17 years, having held various managerial roles at prominent institutions, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PwC. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
