Roger Lord is currently the Head of the Quants Group and a member of the Management Team at Cardano, a position held since 2012. Previously, they served as the Head of Financial Engineering and Head of Quantitative Analytics at the same company. Roger has also lectured at both the Duisenberg School of Finance and the University of Amsterdam from 2013 to 2015. Before their tenure at Cardano, they worked as an Associate Director and Quantitative Analyst at Rabobank International between 2006 and 2009, and as a Financial Engineer at Cardano Risk Management from 2001 to 2002. Roger pursued their PhD studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2003 to 2006.
