Ingrid Hesp has extensive experience in social and youth care, beginning with a role as an Ondersteuner Jongerenraad at Cardea from January 2004 to June 2012. Ingrid then served as a Trainer at ID College from October 2012 to May 2014, followed by a position as a jeugd en gezinteam werker at Centrum Jeugd en Gezin Lisse, focusing on individual and family coaching, training, and coordination with various community partners from February 2014 to February 2025. Continuing the journey at Cardea, Ingrid has worked as an Ambulant Hulpverlener B since January 2000 and is currently a Hulpverlener ASH since February 2025.
