Wes Connor

Wes Connor is a Senior Engineer at Cardinal Engineering, a role they began in 2022 after completing a Ph.D. at the University of Delaware. Their research focused on Silicon Anode batteries, and they have experience in MATLAB and Hyperworks modeling. Prior to their current position, Wes worked as a Project Engineer with the Department of Defense, where they reviewed security designs for Air Force bases and developed test plans for detection sensors. Additionally, Wes was a SMART Scholar, receiving a merit-based scholarship, and has held various engineering internships.
