Eli Routh

Eli Routh is an experienced operations and property management professional with a strong background in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Sr. Portfolio Manager at Cardinal Group Management since November 2019, Eli has previously held the positions of Vice President of Property Operations and Regional Director of Property Management at Trinitas Ventures from July 2013 to November 2019. Earlier roles include Maintenance Team Leader at Cardinal Group Management (2011-2013) and Area Facilities Manager at American Campus Communities (2007-2010). Eli is an alumnus of UNC-Charlotte University.
