Through nearly 20 years of Mr. Falko’s professional career, he has established several key relationships. With these relationships with such firms as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Deutshe Bank coupled with his extensive knowledge in the Real Estate Sector, Joe has been able to provide bulk inventory to a few key clients. This off market inventory is nationwide and is both in the commercial and residential sectors and is never seen by the general public.

Mr Falko is DIRECT to the source of inventory in all cases and only works with a SELECT few institutional buying clients. These portfolios may consist of Performing and Non performing notes, REO’s, hotels, shopping malls, commercial buildings, portfolios of residential homes, extensive tapes, development projects, distressed assets in all classes, and raw land. Mr Falko will NOT work in a daisy chain.
