Dave Reichenbacher

Dave Reichenbacher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dave started their career at Motorola in 1997 as a Research Intern, where they focused on characterizing high-density interconnect printed circuit boards. Dave then moved to Thermal Spray Technologies, Inc as a Materials Engineer, where they researched and developed thermal spraying techniques for electronic applications. In 1998, Dave interned at Intel Corporation as a Packaging Intern.

In 2001, they returned to Intel and served as a Sr. Technical Program Manager, responsible for managing next-generation electronic packaging technology programs. Dave led programs from path finding to high-volume production, ensuring new technology processes met yield, reliability, cost, and capacity targets.

In 2007, Dave joined WebShare as a Sr. Account & Operations Manager, specializing in search marketing and web analytics. Dave worked with organizations to maximize their return on online investments through effective programs and conversion marketing.

Since 2011, Dave has been with Merkle | Cardinal Path. Dave started as the Vice President of Operations, where they focused on resource management, talent, and IT infrastructure. Later, in February 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering digital analytics services to clients and maximizing profit.

Dave Reichenbacher attended La Crescent HS from 1991 to 1995. Dave then pursued their higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they continued their studies at the same university and completed a Master of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering from 2000 to 2001.
