Scott Burnam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Scott started their career as a Site Supervisor at Burns International Security Services in 1994. Scott then worked as an Academic Services Specialist at Clinton Community College from 1998 to 2007. Scott later joined Wilmington College as the Director of Cincinnati State Programs from 2007 to 2009. Scott then transitioned to Edison State Community College, where they held multiple roles, including Registrar, Dean of Enrollment Services, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Assistant Provost for Student Affairs. In 2018, Scott became a Digital Analytics Consultant at E-Nor Inc. and worked there until 2020. Scott also owned and managed Burnam Consulting Group from 2010 onwards. Scott Burnam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Theater from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, which they obtained between 1986 and 1991. Scott also holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Antioch University Midwest, which they received from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Scott has obtained several certifications, including "Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Google Analytics" from Google in January 2018, and "Title IX Investigator" from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA).
