Ann Highsmith

Ann Highsmith, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Talos Management, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for a Robotics as a Service (RaaS) cleaning company, driving business growth, and overseeing day-to-day operations. In addition, Ann serves as an Advisor on the Board and Head of Strategic Partnerships for Cardinal Robotics. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Account Manager at SBM Management Services, District Sales Manager at ADT, and Financial Advisor at New York Life Insurance Company, among others. Ann's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and an MBA in Business Management & Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
