Casey Fahey

Casey Fahey is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. since November 2018, Casey has previously held roles as a Sales Associate. Before this, Casey worked at Cardinal Health as Account Sales Manager for the Cordis Medical Division, and at Atrium Medical Corporation as a Northeast Territory Support Representative. Prior experience includes positions as an Account Executive at Oce North America and in Sales & Marketing at American Traders. Casey holds a degree in Economic Theory from Franklin Pierce University, completed in 2000, and is a graduate of Greenfield High School.
