Zo Silver is an accomplished customer service leader with extensive experience in building and managing support operations across various industries. At ONE, Zo served as Sr. Director of Customer Service and Director of Customer Service Operations, demonstrating leadership in customer engagement strategies. Prior experience includes leading user service for Change.org, supporting a vast global user base, and evolving Blurb’s customer service into a multi-channel operation. Zo's early career at Simple Star involved creating a support system for over 30 million users and generating significant sales growth. Currently, Zo holds the position of Head of Customer Success at Cardless. Zo holds a BA in Sociology and Computer Information Technology from the University of Oregon.
