Luis Polanco

Luis Polanco is the Vicepresidente de Operaciones y Cumplimiento at Consorcio de Tarjetas Dominicanas, S. A. (CardNet), where they oversee operations, compliance, and information security for a network processing over 20 million transactions monthly. They have extensive experience in electronic transactions, credit, and debit cards, having held key roles in Banco Popular Dominicano and ATH Dominicana, where they managed operations for numerous financial institutions and ATMs. Luis earned a Licenciado en Administración de Empresas from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña and completed an MBA at Université du Québec à Montréal, along with a diploma in e-commerce from Universidad Iberomericana.
