Lynn E. Swaner

Lynn E. Swaner is currently the President of Cardus in the United States, where they focus on thought leadership, research, and organizational change management. Previously, Lynn served in various educational and leadership roles, including Academic Dean at Smithtown Christian School and Assistant Director at the Association of Christian Schools International. Lynn has also held positions at Columbia University and Long Island University, where they contributed to the field of education as an Assistant Professor. They hold advanced degrees from Long Island University and Teachers College of Columbia University, and are pursuing an Executive Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford.
