Michael Van Pelt has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at Fair Havens Ministries and a Board Member at both Kinvest Impact Foundation and Bezulu International, Michael also holds the position of CEO at Cardus, a Canadian think tank. Previously, Michael served on the Board of Directors for Voortman Charitable Foundation and as Director of the International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development, where leadership efforts focused on promoting human rights and democracy. Michael's earlier roles include Founding CEO of Christian School Foundation, District Manager at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, and General Manager of the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts at McMaster University and Redeemer University.
