Dorothy Lear

Dorothy Lear is a highly experienced creative professional with a robust background in design, user experience (UX) strategy, and branding. Currently serving as the Creative Services Director at CardWorks since August 2017, Dorothy leads teams in design thinking and user interface (UI) implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance digital experiences. Dorothy's prior roles include Creative Services Manager and Art Director at CardWorks, along with freelance graphic design work for various businesses across the country. Dorothy's earlier experience includes a position as a Graphic and Web Designer at Jane Layne Creative, and roles at Staples and Mama's Sauce that honed design consultation and print production skills. Dorothy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphics Technology from Valencia College.
