James Sterman

James Sterman is a Senior Critical Engineer at CardWorks, where they manage critical systems for a data center. Previously, they served as Facilities Manager at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects from 2003 to 2018 and held various leadership roles in facilities management, including positions at Healthfirst and Provision Healthcare. James also worked as the Director of Facilities at both Universal Technical Institute, Inc. and The Wideman Company before their current role. They are actively pursuing education at BOMA, further enhancing their expertise in facilities management.
