Tom McComb

Tom McComb has extensive experience in network engineering and contact center management, currently serving as AVP of Contact Center and Network Engineering at CardWorks since March 2022, following a long tenure at the same company from 2004 to 2021, where roles included Director of Network Engineering, Manager of the Network and WFM Team, and Network Engineer II. Tom began a career in the technology sector as Network Engineer I and held positions in Help Desk Level 1/2 between 2004 and 2010. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from St. Joseph's College, NY, obtained in 2008.
