Care Audit Tool Limited is a recent start up venture by a number of leading health care professionals with backgrounds in Clinical, HR, IT and Healthcare Management.

The Care Audit Tool has been designed specifically to enable health and social care organisations evaluate and benchmark their level of compliance and performance set against the regulatory and CQC inspection / ratings regime. 

Where deficiencies are identified these flow through to an action planning processes that enables the organisation to address and fix the shortcomings in an open, logical and transparent manner.  Further, and to enable better management of these governance activities the CAT comes with a suite of reports that provides data management information providing the ability to drill down and undertake detailed analysis for trends, progress and overall performance and progress.
