Alicia Lapham possesses over 25 years of experience in the customer service field, currently serving as the Director of Backup Care Operations at Care.com since October 2020. In this role, Alicia manages customer service teams, assists with the implementation of new partner vendors and products, and collaborates with sales and account management to strengthen client partnerships.
