Jonathan Simon

Jonathan Simon is currently the VP, Head of Sales at Care.com, where they lead a national sales team focused on providing innovative caregiving solutions to employers. Jonathan previously held roles at MetLife, including Assistant Vice President and Regional Director, where they empowered employers to enhance employee engagement and benefits. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealthcare as Director of Sales for the Northeast Region and gained experience as an Analyst at Mercer Health & Benefits and a Risk Analyst at Marsh. Jonathan earned a BSBA in Economics and History from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.
