Joseph Refano

Joseph Refano currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Care.com since January 2024. Previously, Joseph held multiple leadership positions at MetLife from 1999 to January 2024, including National Product Director for Accident & Health, Health Spending & Savings Accounts, Pet and Whole Life, where responsibilities included driving new sale revenue objectives and collaborating with various market segments to enhance voluntary benefits. Joseph also served as National Accident & Health and Dental & Vision Product Director, National Accident & Health Product Director, and Implementation/Operations Manager for Critical Illness Insurance, overseeing teams focused on product sales and customer implementations. Earlier, Joseph worked at Prudential Financial from 1991 to 1999 in operations, supporting mutual fund processing. Joseph earned a BA in Political Science and Business from Rutgers University between 1995 and 1999.
