Michael Bayer

Michael Bayer has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience in litigation, dispute management, and counseling on various legal issues. Michael has worked as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Care.com, where Michael manages the litigation and dispute portfolio. Prior to that, Michael was Counsel at WilmerHale, specializing in complex commercial litigation and investigations. Michael also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney at Middlesex County District Attorney's office, where Michael prosecuted criminal cases. Michael holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
