Michael Loffredo

Michael Loffredo serves as the Sr. Director of Enterprise & Vendor Compliance at Care.com since March 2022, following the company's acquisition of LifeCare, where Loffredo held various leadership positions from September 2000 to March 2022, including Vice President of Security, Audit and Compliance. Loffredo’s extensive experience encompasses the development of a NIST Risk Management Framework, policy development, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, alongside managing security design and vendor relationships. Prior to LifeCare, Loffredo worked at Southern Connecticut State University as Associate Director of Academic Computing. Michael Loffredo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/MIS from Southern Connecticut State University and has additionally pursued education through EC-Council.
