Ditte Wegeberg

Ditte Wegeberg is a seasoned professional in climate, partnership, and innovation, holding a Cand. Scient. Soc. degree in International Development & Cultural Encounters from Roskilde Universitetscenter. They have contributed as a Project Officer at International Børnesolidaritet and managed various roles, including International Programme Advisor at KVINFO and Program Manager at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke. Currently, Ditte serves as Senior Program Manager for East Africa & Horn at CARE Danmark, where they manage and develop programs as well as oversee monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. Their extensive experience spans project development, partnership cultivation, and capacity building in the non-profit sector.
