Care Dorset is an aspiring market leader providing support to adults within Dorset. We provide Residential services, Day opportunities, Reablement, and Supported Living Services.

Our services are all rated as ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and recently our residential home Streets Meadow has been accredited at the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) for enabling a “Gold Standard” of care for older people. 

We provide kind and brave support for adults and assist them in living as independently as possible.
