Care Finder Assist (CFA) is a free, independent care navigation service supporting privately funded individuals and families to find safe, suitable care options, including care homes, home care and supported living. Led by experienced social care professionals, we offer personalised guidance, provider matching, and 60 days of post-placement support, all at no cost to the care seeker.

Unlike lead generation platforms or sales-driven referral agencies, we are not here to sell care. We provide a professional service that puts the needs of the care seeker first, and that is exactly why it works better for providers too.

We only introduce pre-qualified clients whose needs, budget and preferences align with your service. You only pay if a placement is successful, with no upfront listing fees. Our shared assessment (with permission) gives you clear pre-information to support your own process from the outset. Our impartiality ensures families are well informed and confident, making placements more likely to succeed. Our 60-day aftercare helps reduce early exits and complaints by offering continued guidance and reassurance to families.
