We provide a financial service to Direct Payment (DP) recipients which helps them to use their DP in the flexibile way that Personalisation intends, therefore, helping people to ge the most from their Personal Budget.

We not only offer a payroll service which includes:

- Registration with HMRC
- Operating the Pay as You Earn (PAYE) scheme
- Producing payslips, P60s, P45s and other reports as required
- Submitting returns to HMRC

Our full fund management service builds on the service above and also includes:

- Taking receipt of the DP from the Local Authority
- Collecting service user assessed contribution or any other contribution to the account including ILF, Health funding etc
- Operate the PAYE scheme as above but also make all payments to carers and HMRC
- Pay invoices for services as required
- Through the use of a pre-paid card users can access an amount of their fund for use in the most flexible way, this also means that cash can be accessed.
- We provide all reconciliations required by Local Authorities
