Camila Pignatari

Camila Pignatari is the Diretora de Gestão de Pessoas at Care Plus, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Gerente Executiva de Gestão e Pessoas at the same company from 2014 to 2022. Camila has extensive experience in the hospitality and people management sectors, having worked as a Gerente de Relacionamento Operacional at Grupo Kronberg and as Supervisora de Serviços at Atlantica Hotels International. They began their career as a professor at Senac from 2007 to 2010 and have a background in hotel management and coaching, earning degrees from Senac and ICC International Coaching Community.
