-Home Health Services- Our Medicare certified home health agency, along with our signature Residentialist Program, provides skilled nursing, physical & occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, social work, CNAs and home health aides for patients throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.  Specialty programs include Home Rehab for Post-Op Joint Replacement, COPD & CHF Management, wound care, and Parkinson's disease management utilizing the LSVT Big & Loud program.
