We exist because the care system in the UK is broken. It is failing those looking for care, because until now there has been no easy way to find the right state funded care or private carers with the right blend of qualities and skills to entrust loved ones into their hands. 

It is also failing care givers because the hourly rates offered by certified employers in the sector fail to provide a living wage, discouraging good talent to enter the sector.
