Alicia currently serves as Associate General Counsel at CARE, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Alicia worked at Medtronic as Global Trade Counsel from July 2017 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate in the Export Controls, Economic Sanctions, and Customs Practice Group at Latham & Watkins from October 2011 to July 2017, and a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2010. Additionally, Alicia gained experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Washington in 2009 and served as an AmeriCorps Member with Communities In Schools of Central Texas from 2006 to 2007. Alicia holds a BA in Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University and a JD from the University of Washington School of Law.
