Amanda Larson

Amanda Larson currently serves as Technical Coordinator for Knowledge Management & Communications at CARE, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at The Carter Center, where Amanda was Assistant Director and contributed to strategic communication for multiple programs, and served as a Recruitment & Program Support Consultant and Training & Development Consultant, enhancing global health initiatives and training for Guinea Worm Eradication Programs. Additional experience encompasses curriculum development for the Healing & Reconciliation Institute, community engagement projects with GATHERING FOR WOMEN, and program coordination across various organizations including Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Peace Corps. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in International Policy and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
