April Calnin

April Calnin has extensive experience in development and grant strategy, holding positions such as Senior Director of Development, Director of Development, and Associate Director of Development for Strategic Partnerships at CARE. Previous roles include Grant Strategist/Writer at Research Associates, Communications Specialist, and Administrative Assistant to the Director of International Programs at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, as well as Director of Evaluation/Grant Development/Advocacy and Administrative Assistant for Financial Development at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. April also served as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Air Force. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a delegation to South Africa in 2008.
