Devan Tucker

Devan Tucker serves as the Director of Constituent Relationship Management at CARE since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in CRM management from previous roles at the World Resources Institute, where Devan held positions as CRM Director and Sr. CRM Manager from June 2008 to August 2023, overseeing six CRM systems with over 100,000 records for a global team of 450 experts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Database Analyst at the Washington, DC Martin Luther King Memorial Project Foundation from February 2007 to July 2008, managing Raiser’s Edge and Kintera CRM with over 90,000 constituents. Devan started the career at RESOLVE Inc. as a Business Operations Associate from July 2005 to February 2007, managing the Convio CRM system while collaborating on direct email campaigns. Devan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
