Program Specialist

Emma Smith is a skilled professional with extensive experience in program management, leadership, and political advocacy. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at CARE since June 2021, Emma has previously held positions as a Program Assistant and Gender, Youth and Livelihood Intern. As the Chapter Founder & President of The National Society of Leadership and Success from May 2021 to July 2022, Emma demonstrated leadership by planning events and facilitating communication among members.
